We maybe moving to bricket wood with our 2 young boys, age 3 and 8 months, due to my husbands job. Is this a nice place to live, do you have nice cafes and parks for children? School etc? What is ST.Albans like and how far is the city from Bricket wood?

It's a lovely place to live, with very good transport links to St Albans and Watford. It's surrounded on it's eastern side by glorious countryside with scope for fantastic walks and cycling. Plenty local Primary School is in Mount Pleasant Lane walkable from anyware in BW. There are very good local shops with an excellant Curry house and Chinese to walk to.
St Albans is an Roman Cathedral City steeped in history with a market and excellant shops/pub/restaurants
