TV Station looking for homes to renovate
A new channel 4 property series is being developed by the creator of Grand Designs and Property Ladder with Sarah Beeny as the presenter.
The programme is looking to highlight the many disasters that people face when their dream home turns into a nightmare. With problems such as servere damp, pest infestations, major cracks, leaks, flooding, dry rot or subsidence or worse. The programme developers are looking for people who want to renovate their homes, but have become overwhelmed by the amount of things that are going wrong and are in need of a helping hand.
The programme developers team of experts will use the latest technology and hi-tech gadgets to investigate people’s houses, examining the main structure to uncover the problems and looking for ways they can be solved. They are hoping to find properties with extreme problems and interesting stories to tell. During the programme there will be loads of tips to help others avoid similar situations.
